Peak Communication & Motivating Feedback
Master heated conversations · Empathize with DISC styles · Create a safe zone to reach consensus
A hands-on 2-day training program that helps managers master themselves, shed toxic assumption patterns and apply a toolkit of power communication (DISC, SBIA, STOP model) to turn every "confrontational" conversation into a "win-win" result.

Peak Communication & Motivating Feedback
Are your business and management team exhausted by communication barriers?
Nếu doanh nghiệp đang mắc kẹt ở một trong những điểm dưới đây, đã đến lúc thay đổi cách tư duy.
Avoiding or exploding in heated meetings
When people disagree, they go silent, avoid, talk behind backs — or the opposite: explode emotionally, clash and blame each other.
A toxic assumption spiral that lowers IQ
Under stress, the brain reacts unconsciously by habit, framing itself as the "victim," exaggerating negative emotions and destroying core relationships.
A one-way, imposing communication crisis
Managers just "present" their own view and assert right vs. wrong instead of listening empathetically and asking open questions so employees can explain themselves.
Agreement in words, no movement in action
The conversation ends with a polite nod but no closing script (Who, What, When), so this year's problem repeats exactly as last year's.

Solution overview
Start from the heart — build a safe zone and master emotions with a scientific process
The program shifts communication motives from "toxic" thinking (needing to be right, saving face, punishing or avoiding) to honest dialogue (learning, seeking truth, creating results and building lasting relationships). The team creates a safe zone by separating objective Facts from subjective Stories, agreeing on a Common Purpose before debating; masters the assertive SBIA model and the STOP & RESTART technique to control emotions and defuse both Fight (confrontation) and Flight (silence/avoidance).
Highlights
"Read" the other person and sync with the Platinum Rule
Grasp the nature of the 4 DISC behavior groups (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance) to treat others the way they want to be treated. Master Match & Mirror to go straight to the subconscious and build instant unconscious rapport.
Master your mind's machine with the STOP model
At a "flash point," the STOP model helps you pause immediately, shed the 3 toxic assumption tendencies (I'm the victim, I'm right, I'm helpless), and shift your motive from "proving I'm right / punishing" to "seeking truth and a shared purpose."
Standardize the SBIA structure & action-closing tools
An assertive communication framework to state the core issue concisely and politely without hurting; plus an execution package (Who, What, When) and a periodic Review mechanism to turn plans into real results.
