Yến Anh has worked for international life insurance companies for more than 20 years. She is passionate about change management, business communication, leadership development, public speaking and sales transformation. She brings extensive senior management and corporate learning experience to many clients; her career spanned years with AIA, Chubb Life and recently Prudential as Training Head, responsible for sales training, sales development and leadership development across functions. Through face-to-face workshops, one-on-one coaching and e-learning, she enables participants to take their performance to another level and deliver desired results. She is also experienced in guiding clients to brand themselves, grow business and persuade stakeholders by applying a consulting mindset.
