Hương's purpose is to nurture shared trust and harmony among differing personal viewpoints so that everyone can live a life worth living. She studies and practices coaching grounded in Emotional Intelligence: listening, asking questions and building connection with each client; helping them clarify what they truly want to achieve. She creates a safe, trusting space for clients to share their stories and concerns, and offers her own perspective and experience without imposing. She fully trusts each person's wisdom — that they will choose for themselves how to manage work and people more effectively, sustain stronger relationships, and integrate work and personal life more meaningfully.
